Does anyone know anything about Triumph Hospital in South Philadelphia?

We have had bad experiences with Good Shepard and Kindred and are now looking into Triumph long term acute care hospital. Does anyone know anything about the care at this hospital? Any information you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!
