Please help with my autistic brother, he just admitted to something horrible?

I think if she get rid of the dog,he maybe will start to have sex with girls,but since he is not social,maybe he can start rape them..Whatever...this should nt stay this way.A psychiatric doctor should consult him and consider to take his advice.This seem something serious..
