What's the name of this movie?

I am searching for the name of a movie and hope somebody on here can help me. The movie is part with real people, and part cartoon. It's about a boy that's riding his bike, and suddenly it's starting to rain very hard, so he's taking shelter inside the library. Where he's having a very big adventure with books that are coming to life. I used to love this movie when I was little, but sadly forgot the name of it. Hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance!
