I can't remember the name or place of that old game on one of the Cartoon Network websites...?

So.. years ago I used to play tons of games on every cartoon network site. One day, I remember that I was playing a game where you spun a wheel, then you got a random cartoon character. After that you had to shoot other cartoon characters and freeze them. You also had to be careful, because after a while they melted and they could shoot you again(yes they could). To win, you had to freeze all characters. Does anybody know what was the name of the game, or at least remember the game?
