Hi im trying to loose weight as i had a 2nd son 6 months ago and im sick of eating the same old stuff for dinners and lunches...i normal eat for dinner steak and veg, fish and salad, chicken and salad and lunch chicken sandwhich or fish and veg and im really starting to get sick of them can anyone tell me any healthy ideas that i can tstill loose weight eating for lunch and dinner??? i really like shepards pie and spaghetti but there so unhealthy thanx in advance.........
