Ninth grade lesson: a poem that deals with the theme of journey?

Currently writing up a lesson plan for my ninth grade class. The class is reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.We're focusing on the theme of journey (i.e. that the journey/adventure is the real treasure in the end). We're also doing a lot of work with poetry. Can you think of any poems that have to deal with this theme of journey? Any/all help would be appreciated.
