My german shepard is 12 months old and his ears do not stand up, what can i do?

I have two GSDs from the same litter. Both boys. They just turned a year old and neither of their ears stand up. I did see both parnets on site before we bought them and their eyes stood up just as a GSD's should do (don't know if that makes a difference or not) Is there anything at this age I can do?
