Do I sound like I have depression?

The lack of energy and sad feelings sound like depression... But I'm going to give you advice on how to try to curve this. Whenever you feel yourself start to think bad thoughts about yourself, use a word like "stop" or "freeze" and ask yourself if you're being realistic. Loving yourself is the first part of dealing with depression. Love yourself for all of you: flaws and all, and remember, everyone has flaws and makes mistakes. Secondly, write things down: vent. Talk to someone. Ask for advice. Express yourself. And just start taking pleasure in the little things. Ignore the bad, no matter how hard. Look at the little things that make your day better. Then there's the basics: good nutrition, good sleep, and exercise.
