Original version of The Undertaker's entrance music?

Does anyone know the title of the music that gets played when someone dies? If you watch wrestling it's Undertaker's entrance theme. The sound also gets played on other shows like in cartoons and such. I wanted to know if there's an original version of this. Undertaker's music is titled "Graveyard Symphony", I dont know if its also the title of the original version.
